WEIN & SAENGERFEST

Join us for the return of the annual Wein and Saengerfest (Wine and Singing Festival) in Downtown New Braunfels. The event kicks off at noon on Sat., May 6, and features live music, family and children's activities, downtown shopping, food vendors, wine and craft beer educational seminars, and sampling and sales of wine and craft beer.

Admission to the event is free and tickets for wine and beer tasting and souvenir glasses can be purchased at the event. Proceeds from ticket sales and wine market sales benefit the New Braunfels Downtown Association and the New Braunfels Parks Foundation for Downtown beautification and enhancement projects.

Food Trucks & Wine and Beer by the Glass

Specialty food trucks, beer, wine and frozen specialty drinks by the glass will be available, as well as specials from many of our downtown restaurants, bars and cafes.  

Wine Tasting & Market

Sample wines from various local and regional wineries, then shop for bottles of your favorites to take home!

Hinterhof - NEW this year!

The Hinterhof (German for "backyard") area offers an area for visitors to relax, listen to local acoustic musicians, play casual backyard games and enjoy their cold beverages in a shaded, family-friendly space. 

WeinStein University

Join us in the WeinStein U tent for a full day of wine, beer, and cooking demonstrations and seminars. All-day long, local restaurants and vendors will present unique, educational, and fun ways to prepare and pair wine and beer-themed delicacies. A full event schedule is will be available soon.

Marketplace

Make sure to visit the tents of our talented artists and makers featuring hand-crafted art, clothing, decor, jewelry and more!
