The preliminary results of that investigation indicate that the three people inside the suspect vehicle were all known to each other and that the incident began with a verbal disturbance between a 16-year old male and an 18-year old female outside of a residence in the Dove Crossing neighborhood.
The driver of the vehicle, 18-year old Madison Munoz of Katy, was briefly treated for non-life threatening injuries at Resolute Hospital before being taken into custody and transported to the Comal County Jail where she was charged with Evading Arrest in a Vehicle (a state jail felony).
A 16-year old male from San Antonio was a passenger in the vehicle and had a Directive to Apprehend against him out of Bexar County for Evading Arrest in a Vehicle (also a felony). After being briefly treated for non-life threatening injuries at Resolute Hospital he was detained and placed into the custody of the Guadalupe County Juvenile Detention Center.
A 14-year old female from San Antonio was the third occupant of the vehicle. She was uninjured and no charges are expected to be filed against her.
