File an Online Police Report

Front view of the New Braunfels Police Department building

The online reporting tool allows you to submit a non-emergency police report without having to wait for a police officer. Once submitted, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation message on screen
  • A case number
  • The option to print a free copy for your records

Online reports are reviewed and handled just like those taken by an officer in person.

Do not use this form for emergencies. If you need immediate police, fire, or medical assistance, call 911 right away. Filing a false police report is a crime under Texas Penal Code §37.08 and is classified as a Class B Misdemeanor.
