To communicate the effective date of the Park Land Ordinance Year 3 development fees. (Ordinance 2018-33)
Explanation:
In May 2018, the City of New Braunfels modernized its Park Land Ordinance and adopted new procedures and fees. At the time of approval, City Council approved a three-year implementation schedule for the new park development fee. This notice is to communicate the effective dates of the Park Land Dedication Ordinance, specifically Year 3.
