The City of New Braunfels ePlan Review site will be down for server maintenance Thursday, August 1 at 5 p.m. through Friday, August 2 at 5 p.m. During this time, users will NOT be able to access projects on the ePlan review site or submit new permits that require ePlan reviews. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Additional Information
During this time, there will be NO ACCESS to projects by either applicants or staff. This includes viewing/downloading/uploading files or documents, completing reviews, or viewing comments. This will NOT impact access to permits using the City’s permitting portal – since that is a separate platform. Applicants can make payments and see information related to existing permits, outside of the electronic plan review process. Applicants will NOT be able to submit new applications for affected permits until the maintenance is complete.
