Landa Street Closure

The westbound lane of Landa Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from Zink St. to Landa Park Dr. but open to pedestrian traffic throughout the duration of Wurstfest.

Closure Dates and Times

• Friday, November 1: 2 p.m. – 1 a.m.

• Saturday, November 2: 9 a.m. – 2 a.m.

• Sunday, November 3: 9 a.m. – Midnight

• Monday, November 4 – Friday, November 8: 3 p.m. – Midnight

• Saturday, November 9: 9 a.m. – 2 a.m.

• Sunday, November 10: 9 a.m. – Midnight

Parking

Parking in Landa Park and other areas around the Wurstfest grounds is limited. Shuttle services are often available from hotels and resort facilities. Learn more about parking and other related options on the Wurstfest website.

Rideshare, Charter Bus, Motorcoach, Party Bus, Limo Route

Rideshare Info

Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services will have a designated pick up and drop off area, located on Mill Race Run in Landa Park.

Bus and Limo Route Info

Charter Buses, Motorcoaches, Party Buses, and Limos are being routed in such a way as to avoid issues with low clearance bridges and other potential traffic hazards. 

The route is Loop 337 & Common Street, Common Street to Union Street, Union Street to W. Torrey Street, W. Torrey Street to Elizabeth Ave, Hinman Island for drop off/pickup. (See map)

Golf Carts

Please ensure compliance with City Golf Cart Ordinance available at www.newbraunfels.gov/golfcarts, including:

• Golf carts CANNOT be driven at night

• Required equipment is all intact and operational

• Insurance is required

• No driving on restricted roads

• No parking on grass - Ord. 86-4(c)
