Cardio Boxing with instructor Joel returns this November on the Das Turf!

Get ready to sweat and feel empowered in this high-energy cardio boxing class! Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines mitt work, bag drills, and non-stop cardio to keep your heart pumping. You’ll refine your punches and combinations with focused mitt work, unleash your power on the bags, and build strength through dynamic core exercises. Between rounds, high-intensity cardio intervals keep you moving and burning calories. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, build strength, or shed weight, this class has it all. Gloves on, let’s go! 

  • FREE (registration required)
  • Tuesday& Thursdays from November 11th through December 18th
  • Time: 10am & 6pm
  • Please note: Class participants must register for the whole series. This is an outdoor class and temperatures are expected to be high. Participants should plan accordingly
