The City of New Braunfels is seeking proposals from those interested in managing two popular Landa Park attractions, in the hopes of expanding operations and providing additional services. The Landa Park Paddle Boats and the Landa Park Miniature Golf Course are two well-established and iconic Landa Park attractions, and the City is requesting proposals from those that have the ability to manage and expand the operating hours of these two operations.
“This is an exciting opportunity to take these two already popular attractions and, with the right vision, expand their services and create more opportunities for recreation and enjoyment within Landa Park,” said Assistant City Manager Jared Werner. “We are hopeful that a management company or other existing business has a vision for the future of these attractions and is ready to take them to the next level.”
The management contract for the Landa Park Paddle Boats and the Landa Park Miniature Golf Course includes admission and concessions as well as staffing, maintenance of the current infrastructure (like the boathouse, mini golf course, and landscaping), and professional, friendly customer service.
