New Braunfels residents are invited to get an up close look at the essential vehicles that power our city at the Meet the Trucks event, happening Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 in Landa Park.
Meet the Trucks is a free, family event where kids and adults are able to touch, see, and even get behind the wheel of some of their favorite City vehicles, like fire trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, garbage trucks, and construction equipment. Plus, participants will have a chance to meet the people that help build, protect, and serve our community, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, solid waste and recycling workers, construction workers, and more.
Meet the Trucks is set for Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 from 9am to 11am on Playground Drive in Landa Park.
The first 30 minutes of the event will be designated as "sensory friendly" with no flashing lights, sirens, horns, or loud music. This year’s event is sponsored by Bluebonnet Ford, Camp FIMFO, and Riverside ER.
