Alligator Creek Trail is a 10-foot-wide concrete walking and biking path located along Alligator Creek between Goodwin Lane and Orion Drive on the north side of the city. Beginner-friendly and accessible for all ages, the trail includes benches, trash cans, signage, dog waste stations, and direct connections into nearby neighborhoods.

Current access points include the Oak Creek Estates neighborhood pool (250 Escarpment Oak) and the Oak Creek Estates neighborhood park (392 Orion). A third access off Goodwin Lane will open once reconstruction is complete.

This trail is the first phase of a larger vision that will extend through Sunflower Ridge and Wasser Ranch, ultimately linking to the new Northwest Park.
