Newly hired New Braunfels Police Chief Osbaldo Flores is hosting a series of Meet and Greet events in order to introduce himself to residents and to continue the process of engaging with the New Braunfels community. Chief Flores will be stopping at three locations across the city for these hour-long events to meet with New Braunfels residents.
“I’m really looking forward to meeting the residents of New Braunfels and those that put their trust in the New Braunfels Police Department to keep their community safe,” said Police Chief Flores. “These meetings will focus on three main areas: Introducing myself and fostering collaborative connections with the community, sharing my priorities around addressing crime and engaging the community meaningfully, and informing residents about a future opportunity to provide input on NBPD's multi-year strategic plan.”
These Meet and Greet events will also include an opportunity for residents to ask the new Police Chief their questions or talk to him about their police-related concerns. Here’s the schedule:
- Tuesday, March 25, 6-7pm
- Fischer Park Hilltop Pavilion (1935 Hilltop Summit Road)
- Wednesday, March 26, 6-7pm
- New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) Service Center (355 FM 306)
- Thursday, March 27, 6-7pm
